Rays rally late again to beat Royals

Ty Wigginton's two-run single in the bottom of the seventh broke a 3-3 tie to lead the Devil Rays to a 6-3 win over the Royals in front of an announced crowd of 20,002 Saturday night at Tropicana Field.
